It also has a thermometer that keeps you informed of the outdoor temperature.
And is if that's not enough, it even includes an emergency siren and a compass--a couple of handy items should you get lost in the mountains or the countryside.
Users can remove the flashlight from the plastic housing, which makes the light source far more portable.
The housing charges the flashlight independently, though the light does require two rechargeable ni-cad batteries (not included).
